The Pumpkin Patch was started in 2002 by Sarah with help from her Mum, Shirley.  Starting in an old granary building it soon became apparent that more space was needed and so in 2003 The Pumpkin Patch moved to it’s current location, St. Mary’s Walk in Hailsham, a market town in East Sussex.  Over the last few years the stock has increased to include knitting yarns, haberdashery and even more fabric.  We very soon realised we needed another pair of hands and were really pleased to welcome Jo to work with us at the shop.  We now open 6 days a week and provide an ‘Aladdin's Cave’ of needlework goodies.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
